60-day 'in love again' Guarantee

From the date you receive your slipcovers, you have 60 days to make sure they’re right for you and your home. If they’re not, let us know and we’ll make it right with a free replacement. Still not happy? We’ll try again – or issue you a full refund, no questions asked.

For issues regarding fit, fabric performance or constructions, send us an email with the details and we’ll get working on your replacement slipcover. We may require you to send us detailed photos and/or measurements so we can make sure your replacement is perfect.

If you made an honest mistake or had a change of mind, send us an email and we’ll be happy to offer you store credit to the value of 50% of your original order value (shipping fees excluded).
